As a teenager, Lauren dedicated much of her time to the Bea Gaddy Family Centers and the Salvation Army, as a volunteer passing out hot meals to the homeless in the most impoverished communities in Baltimore City. Unjeria C. Jackson, M.D. is a retired maternal-fetal medicine specialist. She attended Yale<br><br>College (BS in biology 1977) and then received her M.D. from Boston University School of Medicine in 1981. Dr, Jackson did her residency in New York at Harlem Hospital Center. She completed a 2 year fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine in 1987 at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York. Chaitra is a wellness expert to leaders and leadership organizations. She is the founder of 360 Wellness Collective Inc. and The Art of Wellness, the wellness division of Chaitra, Inc.
The Art of Wellness core offers out-of-the-box holistic and integrative wellness services. Both, a modern and natural approach to developing a healthy, balanced lifestyle while taking into account the person as a whole; both inside and out. The Art of Wellness services include 360-degree health/lifestyle coaching, wellness boxes, career development, spiritual awareness, weight management, preventive care programs, mindfulness, cleansing and natural cooking; in addition to providing essential health enhancement resources that include nutritional supplements and wellness products.
Chaitra has helped an array of individuals through conducting personalized health coaching and group workshops. A few of her corporate clients include Hot Legs, a depilatory/skincare brand sold within the Walgreens family of companies and Ulta Beauty, Collective Bias, a social media shopper agency, the National Jewish Health Initiative “Stop Smoking Cessation Program”, and Bulldog Bikes racing team.
Chaitra serves on the board of, Union Square Shoes, Advisory board of Aspire Medical Partners. She is the co founder of the Bryant family foundation. She is a member of Kappa Omicron Nu. The Links Inc., and The American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
Chaitra’s mantra is to always spread ripples of shining light and love.

The National Minority Health Association (NMHA), a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, was founded in 1988. Having achieved its initial mission of ensuring the establishment of Offices of Minority Health in all 50 states, its new mission is to close the disparity gap in minority health care.
